With over 35 years of corporate and real estate development experience. Gavin takes pride in leading a dynamic and committed team of software experts. Together, they share a collective vision: to establish fu3e as a globally recognised brand in RE management software.
CFO
A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in development and construction finance. At fu3e, he oversees all financial operations, bringing commercial insight and strategic expertise to support the business.
Chairman
Kevin brings experience from private, divisional, and listed businesses, with a successful track record of leading profitable growth on a global scale across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Bringing extensive operations and finance experience from corporate and commercial environments. John has a proven track record in supporting business growth across various sectors.
Non-Executive
James is an Investment Director at GreshamHouse Ventures. He focuses on investments in fast-growing software businesses and brings expertise in growth equity and technology investments. He led GHV’s investment into fu3e and now serves as a Non-Executive Director on the fu3e board.
Director, Product Solutions
James leads the development and innovation of fu3e’s software platform and tailored solutions for corporate customers. He is driving fu3e’s AI strategy, with a focus on enhancing automated reporting and boosting user productivity. His primary focus is to maximise the value we deliver to our customers.
Director, Management Solutions
Leads fu3e's client-facing operations, overseeing onboarding and providing technical support across all accounts. Karl ensures smooth platform adoption and oversees ongoing support. He manages the transition from sales to implementation, guiding clients through forms, workflows, and dashboard setup to maximise platform use and productivity.
Head of Design (UI, UX, Product)
Bringing a unique background spanning construction, real estate, and technology. Lewis' career has focused on design and interfaces, driven by a passion for inventive ideation and pragmatic design solutions. With experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), he has worked directly with architects and construction design teams from conceptualisation to execution, shaping his approach to DesignOps and his frameworks for automated user interface and software design.
Head of Finance
Coming from a professional accounting background, he gained a wealth of experience across different sectors and businesses. Andrew oversees the Finance department's day-to-day operations, delivering timely and accurate financial information across all financial and accounting activities.
Head of Marketing
Brings valuable experience from his previous role as Group Head of Marketing at a prominent development management company. At fu3e, he focuses on reshaping the real estate industry through efficiency and data-driven decision-making, positioning the company at the forefront of transformative change in PropTech.
Head of UK Sales
As Head of UK Sales at fu3e, Todd leads platform distribution and works closely with key accounts to drive growth and deliver value. Drawing on a decade in high-performance sports and event management, he brings a unique ability to align stakeholders, simplify complex decision-making, and build lasting relationships. At fu3e, Todd helps real estate developers, funders, and advisors adopt AI-powered technology that delivers smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to manage projects, assets, and services.
Head of Engineering
Leading fu3e's technical architecture and engineering operations to deliver robust, scalable software solutions. Kyle oversees the development teams, working on core infrastructure development, while managing AI integrations and API systems implementation. He ensures platform reliability, effective security protocols and performance optimisation to support corporate clients' complex real estate management needs.
Head of Product/QA
Leads fu3e's product development and quality assurance, overseeing the translation of business requirements into technical specifications. She specialises in bridging business and technical teams, with expertise in UI/UX principles, Agile Scrum, and fu3e's custom 'Pulsar' language. Her analytical approach drives platform innovation while maintaining rigorous testing standards.

Heads the management and support of IT infrastructure and adaptive technology solutions across the organisation. He oversees IT operations, system reporting, and ensures that software and hardware deployments align with business objectives and evolve based on user needs.
